Once you have received our offer for your stay, bookings must be confirmed by email with a summary of the services included and the total cost of the stay, clearly indicating all terms and conditions and the details of the confirmation deposit.
Reservations must be confirmed by sending a deposit via bank transfer or postal order within 7 days from the booking request accepted by us.
Hotel Zampillo also offers a Half Board service. Half Board includes the same services as Full Board, with the choice of one meal per day between lunch and dinner. The Half Board rate is € 4 less than the Full Board rate.
Hotel Zampillo is a pet-friendly hotel. We welcome small and medium-sized pets, who can relax and play in the pineta next to the hotel. Small pets are also allowed on the beach and can stay under the beach umbrella.
Hotel Zampillo offers free bicycle rental to its guests, subject to availability.
In case of early departure compared to the confirmed check-out date, a maximum charge of up to 3 nights (room only) will apply.
– Tourist tax: €1 per person per day, for a maximum of 7 days, from June 1st to September 15th.
Children under 13 years are exempt.

– Parking. The hotel does not have a private parking area. Along the two streets next to the hotel,
there are some free and paid parking spaces. About 300 meters away, guests can use the large free parking
area at the Riviera delle Palme Stadium in San Benedetto del Tronto, with 280 fenced parking spaces,
reachable on foot in about 5 minutes.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a luglio siamo rientrati oggi, e merita subito una recensione. Hotel gestito da due fratelli tutto a livello familiare, Francesco persona eccezionale, si mangia veramente bene e tanto, tutti i giorni menù a base di pesce (il pesce era sempre presente) materie di prima qualità! Pulizia impeccabile, pulito, pulito, pulito. Francesco e suo fratello insieme al figlio sono persone eccezionali e sempre disponibili, sembra davvero di essere una famiglia. Camere molto confortevoli, posizione ottima a 150 metri dal mare e a 2km a piedi dal centro. Consiglio veramente a tutti per una vacanza all’insegna della gentilezza e del mangiar bene. A presto dal tavolo n.2 ❤️
Abbiamo vissuto una piacevolissima esperienza all'Hotel Zampillo, dove siamo state accolte come in famiglia, con grandissima disponibilità e agevolate in ogni dettaglio. Cucina ottima, pulizia e cordialità davvero grandi. Super consigliato per sentirsi come "a casa"...al mare! Ottima posizione e vicinanza al mare. Ottima vacanza. Ho soggiornato in agosto con due bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo, i proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili rispondendo ad ogni nostra esigenza. L'hotel è di gestione familiare, con buona cura della pulizia delle camere; punto forte è l'ottima cucina casalinga. Comodo al mare. Consigliatissimo.
Hotel a 2 stelle meraviglioso, persone stupende super gentili e disponibili e che ti coccolano in ogni dettaglio. Hotel vicino al mare e soprattutto servizi vicini e si può spostare comodamente ovunque. I cani sono ammessi e la mia si è sentita come fosse a casa sua ❤️ un hotel che consiglierei a tutti e soprattutto ottimo mangiare, pesce sempre fresco e porzioni abbondanti. Grazie mille di tutto ❤️
