The rooms at Hotel Zampillo are simple, functional, and designed for everyday comfort.
Spaces are bright and tidy, with simple furnishings that have been recently updated, together with all
beds, mattresses, and pillows, to ensure a good night’s rest.
Room cleanliness is one of the aspects we care most about: every day they are
carefully sanitized, lightly scented, and tidied down to the smallest details, with daily towel changes.
The shared spaces.
The same attention to detail can be found in the hotel’s shared spaces: reception, bar, dining room,
lobby, corridors, and the outdoor veranda, all tidy and welcoming, cleaned several times throughout the day and fully covered by free Wi‑Fi. Paintings and artworks created by our father Pietro, together with other elements of modern art,
accompany guests through a small, spread-out art gallery.
The pine grove, our extra space.
Right next to Hotel Zampillo lies the pine grove, a large green area shaded by maritime pines and equipped with chairs and tables, parasols, and relaxation areas with sun loungers.
It’s a space designed to slow down: reading in the shade, resting after the beach
or enjoying quiet moments outdoors while sipping an aperitif.
The pine grove is also appreciated by guests traveling with pets,
who find here a natural and welcoming space.

Fine sand, shallow waters, and breakwater reefs make this beach ideal for both adults and children. The quality of the sea is recognised with the Blue Flag award. Our partner beach club is just a short walk from the hotel, with beach service included and a seaside bar for a break at any time.
One of the most evocative walks in town: over a kilometre stretching out over the sea, among sculptures, sea breezes, and wide-open coastal views. Time truly slows down here—a place to enjoy at sunrise, at sunset, or after dinner, when darkness falls and the city turns into a shimmer of lights.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 09/06/2025 al 15/06/2025 con mia moglie ci siamo trovati veramente bene atmosfera familiare, cucina ottima come la pulizia in generale sia della stanza che dell'albergo. Gestori simpaticissimi e molto premurosi. Consigliatissimo per un vero soggiorno relax.
Abbiamo prenotato una stanza presso questo fantastico hotel. Se volete trascorrere una vacanza serena, questo è l'hotel giusto. Verrete accolti da persone oneste e sincere che vi faranno sentire sempre a vostro agio. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff. Siete davvero speciali.
Noi siamo stati qui quest'anno una settimana (l'ultima settimana di luglio) ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio il personale è ottimo il cibo è fantastico è l'hotel è molto accogliente in un ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare e sul lungomare vicino a pochi metri di distanza in un posto meraviglioso ringrazio io e da parte mia i miei amici tutto il personale dell hotel per averci regalato una settimana stupenda.
Mi sono trovato benissimo lo consiglio. Camere pulite ed accoglienti, attività nelle vicinanze passeggiate nella pineta, percorribilità a piedi a pochi metri dal mare. Cibo di ottima qualità quasi sempre pesce. Personale gentile e disponibile. Punti forti dell'hotel tranquillo, adatto ai bambini, buon prezzo.
Prima volta all'Hotel Zampillo e merita subito una recensione super positiva. Hotel a 2 ⭐️⭐️ ma ne merita 5. 4 stelle per tutto lo staff e la quinta e ultima stella la merita Francesco, persona davvero stupenda (sempre presente e disponibile in tutto). Abbiamo vissuto una piacevolissima esperienza. L'hotel è a conduzione familiare e gestito alla perfezione in tutto, in ogni aspetto per garantire una vacanza serena. Siamo stati accolti come in famiglia. Posizione ottima a 150m dal mare e a 2km a piedi dal centro (servizio biciclette ad uso gratuito messo a disposizione per gli ospiti dal hotel). Camere molto confortevoli e pulizia impeccabile. Punto di forza di questo hotel? La cucina: ottima, abbondante e squisita (il pesce non manca mai e sempre presente). Super consigliato per sentirsi come "a casa"...al mare!
